What Torr M doesn't like about Arroyo Liquor Grill:
Walked in only to be ignored for 10 minutes while the bartender served everyone else (locals) and we ended up leaving for another bar. Hate to judge a whole business by the actions of one bartender but management should wake TF up I love Peñuelas! Viva Puerto Rico libre! View all feedback.
