To my... read more The cashier appeared quite anxious about the fact that I was on the phone, even though I didn't hold up the line—my transaction took just a minute or two. To my surprise, she started making remarks to the customers behind me about how rude I was for shopping while on the phone, as if my presence was an inconvenience to everyone. When I finally finished my purchase, the cashier hurried me along and didn’t even provide a receipt. Instead, she almost shoved the bag at me, signaling that she was done with our interaction and clearly showing a lack of concern for my business, all because I was having a brief conversation with my wife. As someone who works in customer service, I find it hard to believe a customer could be treated as poorly as I was by Tracey.

A server shouted at my friend and me for taking too long to make our decisions, as we were simply overwhelmed by the numerous options. She even accused us of attempting to steal and threatened to call the police! I just wanted to enjoy a meal, not have to face that kind of stress.

The eggs I bought were weeks past their expiration date, and the milk I purchased last night was also expired. Although the cashier is always friendly, the management doesn't seem to show the same level of concern. It's time for management to step up and resolve these issues, as this has been a recurring problem for years.

Milk was expired. Cashier is always nice but whoever is manager, really doesnt care asmuch as her . Make her manager and fire whomever manages this junk store.this has been a reaccorance for years.

There?s no donuts.
