Dunkin' - Pompton Plains

They definitely take care of the regulars and that’s a big plus in my book. Sometimes there’s just not enough people working to take care of all the customers get, but that’s not entirely their faults.

Friendly and courteous staff, baggles as at all Dunkin stores aren't so great. Best part was the presence of high quality TOILET paper in the rest room. I was surprised to see such high quality in a DD. It's most likely a choice by the store owner. A disappointing bagel did not bother me after that.

Worst experience, don?t expect much of a dunking and still stuff super rude and don?t even know the menu. I prefer Starbucks one hundred time over this horrible coffee.

Every employee is just walking around talking on the phone looking at the line waiting for them to get the order taken. This is worse the high school workers. Even the manager was talking on the phone while theres a line waiting for over 10 minutes.Customers even walking out and workers had no care in the world. Worse dunkin ive ever been to

Hard-working and polite staff, consider this location as it's fairly easy-on, easy-off the intersection in all four directions. Fast and polite service, good food, and a nice alternative/supplement to Starbucks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
