Not only the mobile home available out of age (unspecified, but in addition it was in a state of advanced dirt! Obviously, no one had been there or was cleaning for many weeks: dust and insects dead on beds and furniture, package of coffee started and molded in the kitchen, and I don't even talk to you about the underside of beds, the state of the duvets or the sofa... a horror! After an e-mail to deplore this reception, I only received an invoice by email without a single word of excuse. Unbelievable! Update October 2022: I confirm that after being informed of the situation, the director of the institution contacted us to apologize and that the proposed reimbursement was made. Even late, we enjoyed this gesture.

This campsite must have been very good when it was new, but the equipment (we didn't use much) seems to age.... We were only there for one night, and HEUREUSEMENT that the bar was exceptionally open this Sunday of August because otherwise it was depression! In the cyclotourism, the way to get there is not quite blurred and 4 km from Pompogne, it seemed eternity under the canicle and fatigue

We booked a yurt for our 2-night and 3-day holidays in February Everything is ok we arrive at the 10th of August After having made 8h30 drive, we receive an email,puis a call by telling us that being said there would have bed bugs in our future yurt and that the latter is canceled. If we understand but we find no solution So we find ourselves sleeping in the car for 2 nights and the lady tells us It's NOT OUR PROBLEM so super the holiday start ah yes I also remember that we were in Smartbox.... And that same person tells us about it A REVENIR But is that a joke?? In any case we are very unhappy customers We don't especially recommend if you are in Smartbox!!!!
