9/25/19: Ordered delivery from Uber Eats... The cuban sandwich was really tasty and I enjoyed the pulled pork which was super lean. The bread was very good and I loved the flavor of the sandwich. I noticed that they served Boars Head cold cuts so I knew the quality would be on point. I also really liked the lentil soup! However, I was pretty disappointed with the fact that half the ingredients were missing from my salad... avocado, hearts of palm, etc. Also, I ordered an empanada that I didn't receive. Uber Eats kindly refunded the difference. Delivery was quick and painless :

Once inside, I was greeted by a very nice lady named Amanda. Despite her limited English and my basic Spanish, we managed to communicate well. I ordered a panini, and chose mozzarella cheese with tomatoes and salad, opting to skip the mayo. The restaurant seems to have a strong takeout business, but they also offer a small seating area with four two-person tables in front of the deli counter. Panini sandwiches come with a choice of soup or a house salad. They offer vegan lentil soup or a daily soup, and today I tasted the daily special, which was a delicious and hearty mushroom soup. The panini itself was made on ciabatta bread, grilled to perfection, warm and crispy on the outside. It was excellent! I could only manage to finish half after the soup. The prices are very reasonable. You place your order at the counter, grab a drink from the cooler if you'd like, and pay at the front before letting them know you've settled the bill. In addition to the eight types of panini on the menu, there’s a unique selection with a Latin and South American twist. They offer ten kinds of arepas, including La Latina, a Dominican dish, and a Cuban option, along with wraps, two types of empanadas (one being an Argentine beef one), hot dogs (including a Venezuelan variant), and six side items. The two desserts looked tempting, but I was too full to try them. They had a tres leches cake and a chocolate marquesa, which is made from dark chocolate cake and Maria cookies. If you’ve seen the Goya brand, those are the thin, round, slightly sweet cookies used in the dessert. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I look forward to going back!
However, I was quite disappointed that my salad was missing half of its ingredients, such as avocado and hearts of palm. Additionally, I ordered an empanada, but it was not included in the delivery. On a positive note, Uber Eats was friendly and reimbursed me for the missing items. Overall, the delivery was fast and hassle-free.
As always, the food is excellent! The service is unbeatable, provided by the owner, Andy, who clearly does his job with love and passion! The prices are very reasonable. They have the best arepas, paninis, and soups! Amazing dining experience!
