Rolls Grill - Pompano Beach

Did not correctly explain the menu (speak very fast) and spoke rudely. I hope she finds a better attitude so that she knows she can't work like that in the future.

Honestly, I don't know if she had a bad day, but the woman on the front was very rude. I wanted to get a refund, but she makes you pay before you order your ice cream. Don't come back to be honest.

I hate to do this, but before you visit the site, be aware that the manager is very rude and there were so many customers who patiently waited we have gone and were not able to try the food, Also read other reviews when the owner reacts to a star, it comes super unprofessional and almost aggressive. Just to say. on a positive note I hear that the local correction device looks so friendly and welcoming the setting of the images?

We went to this place because it had rolled ice n our last experience with rolled ice was amazing. When we reached the place, it was a little hard to find as the plate said reels and grills and on cards it says rolled ice. We entered and the lady was not very happy to see us and still she was patient while we looked through the menu. By the way, the menu was a printed paper stick on the payment counter without prices and some flavors were written in them with a pen. Nevertheless, we have made an order n it in the price n asked us to pay. We paid and got out of the way. She started to prepare the rolls and she didn't do anything in them. The rolls did not taste like the taste we ordered. We asked for sauce and toppings. She literally has 1/2 or 1/4. a spoon of blows and a very small amount of whipped cream as if they were paid for these things out of their own pocket and just wanted to remove the checklist. There was no one but us in the store, so I don't know why the rush and we were there good before closing. That was my worst experience.

We've been here once before they move out of the plaza with the DMV and the service and ice cream was amazing. I'll try to keep it short. All I'm gonna say is the asian female who answered my phone call before we arrived to the place was rude. Got there around 6pm. The place didn't even have the open sign on and inside the location it was dark (like as if the lights weren't even on? . I'm not kidding, you would really think they were closed, but the door opened when we walked up. There was only an asian female sitting down on her phone for like another 2 mins before getting up once we entered. No greeting or anything, just a dead face that clearly shows she doesn't wanna be here. Her attitude was so obviously nasty while we were trying to pay that I just asked her to refund us so we can leave. I honestly had to just get out of there before I would explode because of how she spoke to me and my cousins the whole time. I can't imagine how the ice cream would turn out if we decided to stay and let her make it. She needs to fix her attitude or find a job she actually likes.
