Not coming back to be honest.

Didn't explain the menu properly (spoke very fast) and spoke rudely. I hate to do this but before you visit the location be aware the manager is very rude and there were so many customers that were waiting patiently we left and w... read more I hate to do this but before you visit the location be aware the manager is very rude and there were so many customers that were waiting patiently we left and were not able to try the food, Also reading other reviews, when the owner responds to onestars, it comes off super unprofessional and almost aggressive. Just saying. on a positive note i hear the local correctionalfacility is hiring the pictures look so friendly and inviting ????

When we reached the place it was a little hard... read more We went to this place because it had rolled ice cream n our last experience with rolled ice creams was amazing . When we reached the place it was a little hard to find since the board said rolls and grills and on maps it says rolled ice cream . We enteredand the lady was not very happy to see us and nor was she patient while we looked through the menu. The menu, by the way, was aprinted paper stick to the payment counter with no prices and some flavors were written in them with a pen. Nevertheless, wemade an order n she put in the price n asked us to pay. We paid and got out of her way. She started to prepare the rolls and shehardly did anything in them . The rolls didn?t taste like the flavor that we ordered. We asked for sauce and toppings . Sheliterally put 1/2 or 1/4th of a spoon of toppings and a very small quantity of whipped cream like as if she was paid for thosethings from her own pocket and just wanted to tick off the check list. There was no one except us in the shop so I don?t knowwhy the hurry and we were there well before closing. This was my worst experience ever.

All I'm gonna say is the asian female who answered my phone call before we arrived to the place was rude. Got therearound 6pm. The place didn't even have the open sign on and inside the location it was dark (like as if the lights weren't evenon? . I'm not kidding, you would really think they were closed, but the door opened when we walked up. There was only an asianfemale sitting down on her phone for like another 2 mins before getting up once we entered. No greeting or anything, just a deadface that clearly shows she doesn't wanna be here. Her attitude was so obviously nasty while we were trying to pay that I justasked her to refund us so we can leave. I honestly had to just get out of there before I would explode because of how she spoketo me and my cousins the whole time. I can't imagine how the ice cream would turn out if we decided to stay and let her make it.She needs to fix her attitude or find a job she actually likes.
