I'm a teacher and today my school treated us for a free lunch at Las Mexicanas Food Truck. I just have to say: WOW!! I ordered the vegetarian tacos. The presentation was spot on and beautiful, portion size was perfect and incredible filling, and the taste was from this world. I also had her cucumber minz limonade, which was phenomenal.
