Harrah's Pompano Beach

Don't come to gamble it far from that. Maybe one,or perhaps two day's a month you MIGHT, I SAY MIGHT, see an actual HAND-PAY.. Food is good, but pay outs, not so much !!

I am a Diamond Plus and am glad to have a Caesars property in my town. I really like the layout of the place and their selection of slots. Being clean and non-smoking are huge pluses. Where they fall down is operationally. As a Plus member, we get drink vouchers in Vegas that we can use at any Caesars affiliated property and restaurant. Harrah's could do the same here so we wouldn't have to leave our games to go get our drinks at the high-limit bar and could also use them at Myron's or Farraday's. State statistics show they always have by far the lowest payouts. 2% lower than anyone else in S. Fla. Other Caesar's properties provide decent comps. Here, not so much. Other SF casinos have great give-aways and promotions. Seminole, for example, is giving away a car everyday this month. Harrah's has free hotdogs. On Wednesdays. The other casinos are always packed. Harrah's is usually half empty and the sound of jackpots strangly missing. They want to build this location into a world-class destination. I am excited for that but it's going to take more than new buildings to make that happen. I'm giving 5 stars in the hopes they will live up to their potential to be great.

Place was clean and well lit. Lots of choices in games and slots. No floor service for drinks. I was there for 4 hours and not 1 server in site. But I liked the casino itself

First time customer this past Friday, and I have never felt more at home in a casino thanks to the servers!(which honestly? Huge selling point. They're adorable! Samantha in particular made it a point to tell me about free sodas with my drinks? And no matter where I wandered to she was always super easy to find and get service from. Really above and beyond service, I can't imagine how well regulars get treated if this is what y'all do for first time visitors. Definitely recommend and will be returning

A few months ago I visited this location with a few of my girlfriends, they have an amazing staff and it’s beautifully decorated. The server we had was an absolute blast! She was witty, funny and timely with drinks ! I believe her name was Haley? I would 100000% come back, she made our night way more fun
