I train teams on customer service. So I was incredibly impressed today when I walked in through these doors. This location has by far the best service, surpassing high end restaurants. The staff was extremely attentive to details and to my table. The respect and way they worked together to make sure each table was covered was immaculate. What Chris S doesn't like about 5th Element Indian Grill:
3.5 stars Good basic spot for Indian eats if you're nearby. The food was enjoyable, served buffet style during our visit. Everything else was average. It was also very warm inside, not sure if they were having AC issues or just had the thermostat set too high.
Not my favorite place to eat Indian, but okay when they are in the opposite.
Few options for lunch buffet and descriptions were not clear for all dishes
I found this place in an accident while I was looking for a getaway near the gym. the yellow dal was super tasteful, so I went back to another night with friends. the chana masala was also tasty, but I noticed that the dal makhani was vegan marked, but contains cream so double check when they order. the place is large and clean and the owner of the Indian market in boca raton eats also here, so something also says! the service was also great.
5th element recently opened in summer 2016. several vegan options on the menu, appetizers and entrees, all marked clearly. wonderful, friendly service, welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. the owners are clearly passionate about their food and their customers. we are soouo happy to have some local vegan Indian food in pompano!
Great place to try Indian food. Good atmosphere, kind customer service, and delicious food. Pricing was fair as well. Will definitely be going back again.
