Mountain View Deli - Pomona

While it may be a bit pricey, it is to be expected. At least they are still open during COVID, unlike many other businesses. So, what's wrong with paying a little more to support them? In the end, we should all be grateful!

I have been coming to this amazing restaurant for a long time. The staff is fantastic and the service is great. The place is really clean, which is important to me. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend the Jersey Boy sandwich. You can thank me later.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for over 10 years and the service and quality of food used to be much better when the original owner ran it. However, since the son took over (who resembles a character from West Side Story), the entire staff's attitude has become rude. I have witnessed the son antagonizing and making snide remarks to healthcare workers for wearing masks when they come in for a meal after their long shifts. Despite this, their sandwiches are still great and that's why we keep coming back. We just wish they would focus on making sandwiches and not harass customers for their personal beliefs. Also, they need to work on their parking skills, as there have been issues with blocking other vehicles.

On the pricier side, but definitiw it worth. great sandwiches and breakfast.

Very good food selection and has been in business for long time. I go very often. One critical issue is the employees behind the food counter need to be more courteous towards their customers. A Thank you or a Thank you for your business, please come again or May I get you anything else or Have a great day should be second nature...basic customer service will go a long way.
