Told the brainless waitress tonight that there is a gluten a... read more We’ve been coming here for years. Used to respect food allergies but tonight we’re in the hospital. Told the brainless waitress tonight that there is a gluten allergy- celiac disease even went as far as saying “allergy to bread”. She didn’t listen and brought out a salad with croutons. Said please remake this as this is a severe anaphylaxis type allergy. She said she will fix it. I’m assuming she plucked the croutons off and didn’t have the salad remade because we’re in the hospital. Could have died because of the lack of intelligence, lack of care, lack of communication. If you can’t read or understand food allergies, work somewhere else.
