El Pollo Loco - Feedback

What Elena Rabi doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
We ordered the 8 piece chicken dinner. Quite disappointed. The chicken pieces were overcooked and a couple just burned. The beans sat in an excessive amount of liquid (not sure what it was). The gravy was totally fat. Lastly, the small containers filled supposedly with avocado was incorrect. They contained green salsa. Certainly, we were doing. View all feedback. I arrived just at closing and was hungry. Instead of shooing me away, they opened the door and let me order my food for take out. Thanks guys. Everything else was closed and I was really hungry. I would have gone through the night hungry if it wasn't for their compassion. Way to go guys. Thanks again View all feedback.
