I gave this establishment a second chance after a previous bad experience of being overcharged Sadly, The service here really hasn't improved at all. Great spot for enjoying coffee and donuts, whether you choose to dine in or take out. Come and check it out!
I don't visit this donut shop frequently, but I love their donuts because my dad brings them home. It's a cherished memory, and there's something special about going to get donuts and a Snapple early in the morning. This is a Hispanic community that deserves to be celebrated. You can really see the effort they put into their work.
I gave this restaurant another try after a disappointing previous visit where I was overcharged. Unfortunately, the service hasn’t improved at all. I was billed for a doughnut that I didn’t receive, and the woman working on Monday morning, April 24, 2023, at 10:12 AM, only spoke Spanish. This was problematic for me since I only speak English. She attempted to communicate the total in Spanish, but I couldn’t understand a word. If you’re running a business in the United States, it’s essential to be proficient in both English and Spanish; otherwise, you risk losing customers like me. Goodbye, AMA Doughnuts—you’ve lost my business. It’s not worth it anymore. You’ve taken the joy out of buying my favorite doughnut. Please learn how to manage your business properly.
I believe that the doughnuts, were very old, they prefer you don't bite into them, prior to buying..
One of the last remaining McDonald’s buildings left in California. See it before it’s gone.
