Antigoni Taverne - Polygyros

The best restaurant in Nikiti. Trust me authentic, Greek, cheaper than most on the main street yet delicious. No nonsense tavern with friendly staff and fast service. Good place for larger groups.

I went there because there was lamb on the menu. Unfortunately they were out of lamb. I had veal instead and it was great. They also have bougiurdi which I strongly recommend. Desert is on the house, you can't find it on the menu. They gave us some kind of vanilla mousse. It was ok. Overall I recommend it.

Loved the food here, came for 3 nights in a row without a reservation. The service seems chaotic, but they are pretty fast and nice. The only thing that bothered us was the poor lighting, in some areas of the terrace coming only from the public lightpost...

We came here on day two, and then daily. Great service (and very fast), smiling and positive staff attitude and best of all, amazing food. We tasted every fish in the menu and we enjoyed all of it. Also recommend the Bougiourdi.

I didn't like the food nor the service. I ordered chicken filet with potatoes and it didn't taste good. Potatoes were stuck to one another, and tasted like plastic. The meat was also bad. The dishes were not so clean and the fork was bent. When I asked for the bill it took them forever to bring it. I will never come here again.
