They brought it after 15 minutes, it was obvious that it was cooked in a hurry, the meat was half-cooked and tasteless... Neither compliments nor discounts were offered. The evening was ruined, they just ate and left. We really wanted to cancel the order, but the specifics of this city are such that at 10 p.m. you can't order dinner anywhere. The room is really nice, modern and equipped for a comfortable stay. There is everything you need, there is also the possibility to cook on your own, which was very convenient, because we were vacationing with children who do not really like to eat elsewhere. It is also very important and convenient that the hotel has its own pump room and medical procedures. Very friendly staff who respond to the needs of vacationers. A large area with a restaurant, a children's playground and a large swimming pool with a comfortable temperature. In general, the location of the hotel is very good. We were satisfied, we will definitely return.
