I lie dive bars, and this is a little hole in the wall. I liked that I was also greeted by a customer. It was peaceful during the time I was there.The service was great.I gave the food 2 stars just because there wasn't a big selection. I had the pretzel, and it was so good! View all feedback.
What R Olson doesn't like about Perfect Shot Tavern:
...gentrified, caters to tourists and outsiders not real Montanas or locals unless they are upper scale, well behaved, professional/yuppie-ish older crowd with an unwelcoming judgemental bartender and atmosphere AND NO POOL TABLES?! PERFECT for tourists, hipsters, and non native Americans... Not for ruff n rowdy or boisterous Cowboys or Natives and no love/awareness of/or rapport with local legends and long time area residents/families.
I went in here for a 3 drinks between my friend and I, paid with a card and wrote in like a two dollar tip bringing the total to about 15. The scandalous bartender didn’t think I tipped enough and wrote in a little extra. Looking on my statement next day, the new total was $20. I’ll never go here again

I'm a pro musician. The Perfect Shot is my go-to place to play in downtown Polson. Excellent people, friendly atmosphere, and an awesome assortment of the valley's best performers are always coming through. The owners are kind and the crew is amazing. If you're looking for a few quick drinks on main street, check it out while you're in town!
