They frequently run out of items, and I don't understand why they can't keep more of the popular products in stock. If you're looking for food after 8:30, good luck! I've also decided to stop visiting, as they won’t heat up pastries. On another note, who actually orders a latte with a lot of Splenda and skim milk? Not me. They seem to make a lot of mistakes here.

Maybe it helps that I always order ahead from the app. Therefore, never any lines or problems. I ordered my usual customized mocha, and today was especially delicious!
