A point of reference for over 10 years, they have been the promoters of a new restaurant model, unprecedented in Cilento. Quality ingredients and dishes inspired by local flavors remain the strengths of Suscettibile, which, not surprisingly, also has locations in Acciaroli and Salerno. The tuna and anchovy Genovese (in any preparation) is among my favorites. This year, a Fiano di Pioppi can also be paired with it, but the wine list is equally generous. Suscettibile remains a must-visit in our summer. Well done!

Booked through The Fork to get future discounts. I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. The staff is incredibly kind, the pastries are unforgettable, and the local wine is very good. We had appetizers, like the spectacular tuna tartare, the tuna genovese with the mezzelli al dente, just the way I like them. Special mention for the tiramisu, so good we ordered another!! Thank you!

I've been coming here every summer since 2014, and it has never disappointed us. We came again this year, as is now our custom. The menu is always precise and perfectly reflects the dishes. The wine list is extensive, featuring local wines. The Fiano di Pioppi is excellent, with notes of yellow fruit, apple, banana, and a distinct savory flavor. For our main courses, we had excellent raw appetizers (I recommend the anchovies and prawns) and exceptional fish meatballs with a unique crispy exterior. For our first course, we had a seafood Genovese, and the second course was the catch of the day with fish tempura. All the desserts were delicious, including tiramisu and fruit tartlets...all well-made. The staff were very helpful, the table service was excellent, with attention to detail, and the wine was well-served and always chilled. The bread was varied, all homemade. Highly recommended!

A wonderful dinner. The anchovies were the star, both marinated in the appetizer and mixed with olives in the puttanesca. Attentive and excellent service. Beautiful atmosphere.

Tried it for the first time in 2021 and returned this year, where, unfortunately, the quality has dropped. While in 2021 the menu featured sophisticated pairings and were accompanied by precise explanations from the staff, today the dishes are much simpler and presented to the customer (after a somewhat lengthy wait) without a word, not even about which fish was served as the catch of the day. What hasn't changed, however, are the prices, which now seem excessive, especially for the appetizers, where a caprese salad with anchovies (undoubtedly excellent quality) is not far off the price of the first courses, for a dish consisting mainly of a chopped tomato. After excellent first courses, the second courses were disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the catch of the day given the absolutely meager portions, and I'd also point out the tempura. Expecting an Asian twist, I received a classic mixed-fish fry. My rating would be two stars, but an extra star is deserved by the friendly, welcoming, and very honest waitstaff, such as when it comes to pricing a glass of wine versus a bottle. The desserts, too, include a truly exquisite ricotta.
