A great praise for the kitchen. All ordered dishes were top. The fish dishes were cooked juicy the calf livers tender. The menu is clear with interesting dishes that make curious to be tried. All fresh and seasonal. Large selection of wines. The operation seemed to be a little holding, but not unfriendly. Because of the good kitchen we like to come back. The restaurant is located above the Weser with magnificent panoramic views.
