Beluna Cafe

We wanted to order a drink. there were three members of the staff (I suppose, waiter) who did not give us to see, of which two fled without a word. the third waiter left us waiting for something before he decides that he could get rid of us by finally serving us. he replied to a call while he served us, did not apologize and simply went on with his business. the ice cream was really good, but they need to improve on their customer-friendliness. as patron I had the impression that I was annoyed, more than a paying hospitable.

I had a few beer and cold drinks. looked outside. no problems with service. had an Italian waiter who was good and friendly. the prices were reasonable and on place with neighboring places

Very bad service. Not really unfriendly but just incompetent. Food was cold when served, half of the drinks ordered never showed up.

After 3 attempts to try and get a server to our table we gave up(even after shouting excuse me to a waitress who was about 3 feet away went around the corner and spent our 80 euros with adeserving cafe. Needs some trining of staff...as pure ignorance.

Had lunch here. A really nice pizza and beer. An ice cream dessert to share for after. Very good service and a nice place to watch the world go by.
