The place is casual, very lively, and typical of Apulian street food. There are only a few tables outside, so it can be difficult to find a seat, especially during busy periods like summer, but the atmosphere remains pleasant and lively. The real highlight is undoubtedly the focaccia barese: the dough is soft, slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft and fragrant on the inside, with that authentic flavor of Apulian extra virgin olive oil that instantly makes your mouth water. It's filled with fresh, simple yet flavorful ingredients, and every bite gives you that typical local specialty experience, perfect with a cold beer or while strolling through Polignano's alleys. The owner is incredibly arrogant and physically aggressive; he actually shoulder-checked my father while he was waiting in line for the restroom, like he was playing hockey. The cashier was also unpleasant and couldn 't communicate in English at all. The staff acts very 'snobbish ' and looks down on customers. While the drinks are okay, no one should visit a place where the owner thinks it’s okay to push people. Save your money and go somewhere where you 'll be treated with respect.
