We really enjoyed going to Polička kebab. The food is good and tasty, but it's been more than half a year, there is a different service, one gentleman there is terribly arrogant and thinks that when he speaks Turkish that no one understands him, he insults the customers. When you remind him that you ordered a tortilla with cheese and other sauces, he comments (in Turkish) about the tortillas that he prepared incorrectly for us and then gave them to a foreigner for free. They forgot to put meat in my kebab box. We really liked the owner and the former waiter, too bad they are no longer there. Here, with the service, the kebab goes down well. I won't be going there for a long time. If the owner is reading this, he is a good and reasonable person who pleases everyone, please do something about it. I would consider changing the staff or you won't have a foot in there. The gentleman obviously does not enjoy working with people and has no relationship with his work. We were terribly disappointed. Answer for the owner: He is a tall man with a haircut and it was last Saturday between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. I don't remember the exact time.
