On a weekday there were quite a lot of local visitors and tourists. We didn't risk tasting the coffee there, according to reviews... the coffee there is not very good. They risked a snack. Really tasty and quite cheap. The convenient location of the restaurant and the summer terrace gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the views of the historic city.
