The lettuce was brown, the tomato was slimy, and the cucumbers were all mushy. When I asked if they could replace the items, they said no. This was the worst sub I've ever had in my life.

Although one of the clerks was a bit stingy with the steak sub my sister ordered, we learned that he was new and still in training. Despite that, everyone was very helpful. The restaurant itself was clean, and all the ingredients appeared fresh and well-stocked. Plus, they all wore gloves while making our subs, which was great to see.
