the combination of each plate is perfect. it's the best meal I had in one. my favorite is the lamb bell, it's really delicious. the only part is that they have somehow missed our booking, but we were arranged a seat in the outside area, it is actually better to look outside at the weinberg. we expected perfection and dinner. exp have very cold service. we had booked the chefs bar and had passed on to us what was on the teller was fast and before a talk about this court the staff had disappeared. as. for the paired wine, we booked for juni and as such it was quite cold perfect red wine weather for rich eating to warm the soul. what we got was three dishes with mushrooms (not my favorite) with which we ha... Drive true, cashier actually ask if needed any condiments smiled and friendly, this was refreshing after a bad experience at a competidor

A great dining experience. Sensational and tasty food that flows perfectly between the various courses. A must visit whilst in the Hunter.
We travelled to the hunter valley this time simply to experience EXP. We had high expectations and were not disappointed - our 8 course, 3 hour lunch was prepared with care and precision, and it was a joy to spend these hours exploring the journey Frank and his team have created. We sat at the bar in this tiny room and watched the kitchen work in harmony and silence. I especially like that the chefs bring out every meal to the tables, with an explanation of them - as opposed to the waitstaff. A nice touch.It was a warm 26 degree day in pokolbin on our visit and if I could improve anything it would be to cool the room a bit more - next time we will sit outside in warmer weather.
