From the friendly and helpful waitstaff, to the knowledgeable sommelier, and the amazingly talented chefs, our night was spot on from start to finish. We’ve eaten at many of...The Hunter Valley’s top restaurants and EXP has been the best by far. The restaurant is intimate, seating around 25 people and providing a cosy atmosphere. The creative degustation menu consisted of 12 brilliant creations, each course perfectly paired with fantastic wines. We also went with the optional addition of some fresh black truffle. EXP is the ultimate indulgence and we’ll be back as soon as we can. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

It’s definitely worth the price, as you'll never find a dining experience quite like EXP.

Eating at EXP. is more than just having a meal; it’s a genuine experience made even more special by the chance to observe the chefs in their element—calm, precise, and methodical in their techniques. It was wonderful that the chefs personally served the dishes and shared their insights and expertise with us. Overall, this was such a delightful experience and without a doubt the best new restaurant in the Valley. We can't wait for our next visit!
