We were a group of three and found the place by chance during a morning walking. The place seemed lovely so we decided to stop. We walked in and could notice that it was quite busy, but there were some available tables, no sign of reserved or anything like this. The staff ignored us when we walked in, when I tried to ask anything to them they just ignored and kept running around. It was very clear that they were short staff, so we grabbed some menus and sat down, after like 15 min waiting I went to the counter to ask if we should order there or if any of the staff would take our order, then finally one of the staff members roughly said there were fully booked so they couldn't received anyone else.I understand that it's quite difficult to work with short staff and that Sunday is usually a busy day for cafes, however it's not difficult put some reserved signs on booked tables and tell, in a polite way, to customers as soon as they walk in that they don't have any table available. I would totally understand if they had done something like this, but it wasn't the case.

Came back to the Hunter Valley a year after our last trip, and had to stop in for the corn fritters. Once again, they were delicious. Both waitresses were incredibly nice and attentive as well.

Nice place. Vege breakfast was big and tasty. Friendly staff and fast service. Relaxed vibe. Would visit again.

The restaurant is situated within the airport.

Decided on a trip from newcastle up to the valley for breakfast. stopped in at this place on a whim and was more then happy with the choice. we had the platter with local cheeses and meats and everything was delicious, especially the coffee. we were also greeted and welcomed by the owner as well which was a nice touch. will definitely return and recommend.
