The winter menu exceeded my expectations, featuring a rich mix of flavors with juicy shrimp, soybeans, and a variety of vegetables. While it holds great significance, it still feels similar to other restaurants. I was particularly impressed with the flavorful red sauce and the presentation of the dishes. It would be helpful to know the essential items and what the service providers offer. The atmosphere is also incredibly cozy. Overall, I highly recommend it. "One must try this restaurant! The food is a definite must-have during the hunter season. The service is impeccable, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is equally fantastic, also deserving a 5 out of 5."

I’ve been here pretty often, and I’ve never had a bad meal or a bad experience. The staff are friendly and attentive. They have lots of space now that they’ve opened an outdoor deck, so they rarely reject bookings, and they rotate their menu regularly so you can keep going back and find something new and different every time. Yesterday I had the pleasure of introducing an American to Australian lamb, which was beautifully prepared: tender, juicy, with a touch of pink, served on a bed of pearl cous cous and vegetables. American lamb is tough, with a vaguely unpleasant strong taste, it’s the stuff we call mutton and use as dog food. My companion was going to skip over it until my recommendation, and he now has a new appreciation for what the USA is missing out on : The restaurant also draws on the menu from the adjacent oyster bar, and has a selection of wines from Petersons and other wineries. A common wedding venue, they also do large parties. There’s a helipad on the lawn out front for anyone who wants to make a showy entry (there are charter companies who do helicopter wine tours at the nearby Cessnock Airport
