Magic Plates - Pokhara

My favorite meeting place in Damside. I'll come here at least four times a week. Great food at a great price in a clean environment. Friendly staff and serious owners who are proud of their business. No risk of catching a bad stomach here that can often be a problem for a Wester like me. 5 stars :

I decided to eat something here on the way back from the World Peace Pagoda, and I had chicken biryani, naanbrot and buffalo nut. Everything was much better and cheaper that other places near my seaside hotel, I wish I would stay closer.

Walked in for food and almost walked out again but decided to stay for a drink. Staff not really interested and the owner, I assumed, looked visibly peeved when we did not order food. Waiter dropped one of the drinks and didn't bother to clean it up. Needs an overhaul.

Overpriced and the service is horrible. As a regular customer there it's sad to see how much the quality of this once popular restaurant has degraded.
