We have dined at this restaurant twice. During our first visit, I tried the dandan noodles and cucumber salad. The noodles were fresh, cooked perfectly, and delicious. The cucumber salad was also very good and served as a refreshing complement to the noodles. On our second visit, we tried the braided bark noodles, which were incredibly tasty. What User doesn't like about West Island Noodles West Island Nouilles:
The broth was flavorful and packed with noodles and protein, but lacking sweetness in the seafood bowl I ordered. The shrimp was large and tasty, and the commercial fish cake was a nice addition. It was odd that a key was required to use the bathroom, which may be due to delivery driver restrictions. View all feedback.
West Island noodles is famous for its hand drawn noodles. we ordered online via their website and eating is always on time. eating is really fresh, tasty and the broth is easy, not too heavy. we always couple the noodles with chili oil, which adds a quantity of umami without being too sharp. a great little spot on the west island!
After a long day of shopping, I enjoyed a nice warm meal in this little restaurant near Fairview. The food was delicious and very fulfilling. The taste was the same as the Lanzhou noodle in China which really impressed me. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends. 祝你们生意兴隆~
You TRULY have to try this place. It is incredible. The noodle texture is out of this world. That chew is just perfect. Made from scratch when you order. I’ve tried everything on the menu and I was never disappointed, but those Dandan noodles Oh my god ???. The two guys that are always working there are so incredibly nice. I can’t criticize anything about the place. Wish I could eat there daily!!!!
I have been here for multiple times. The service has always been good. The noodle here is the best in Montreal.
