Boulangerie Mariepain (pointe-aux-trembles)

I bought an Epiphany cake, which I had never heard of before. The taste was fantastic, but isn't the whole point of the cake to include the bean? Mine didn’t have one. It’s not the end of the world, but my friend had set high expectations, and we were all set to celebrate with the crown. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. For the price, I might as well make my own and ensure there's a surprise inside. The frangipane is delicious, but I recommend making your own to guarantee you get a treasure.

It was just okay. The service left something to be desired, as the staff couldn't identify the sandwiches (there were no names displayed either). However, the pastries and tarts were delicious.

For the locals, this bakery and pastry shop is quite convenient. They have a great selection of products. The reason for the lower rating compared to their other locations is the less inviting atmosphere and cramped space. However, overall, this place remains a solid choice for most people.
