Unfortunately I got takeout because the restaurant was full, and could not try more items because they only offer their lobster rolls and chowders for takeout.

We were able... read more We enjoyed our meals here. It's expensive but worth it. The service was very slow but the restaurant was packed. You definitely need a reservation. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the water. I would highly recommend the scallop and bacon bake.

We wanted to go here based on our friend's recommendation....they were not able to get a reservation because they were not to call during the times you can make... read more We wanted to go here based on our friend's recommendation....they were not able to get a reservation because they were not to call during the times you can make reservations by phone....you can't do it online....but I set an alarm during the times they answer the phone and got a reservation.......the setting is lovely and the staff is friendly and the beer is good.....the oysters were good but the service is incredibly slow, the chowder is average, and the mussels (which we had multiple times on PEI) were fresh but the implementation was tasteless. Very disappointing. We had expected to return the next day for lunch, because we love the menu, but did not because we would not return or recommend it to others. Not sure why this gets good reviews but there are soooooo manyyyyy better places on the island.......this place os not worth the trip.

The layout of the tables however was haphazard coupled with their new no service policy made it awkward. The food was mediocre with a small portion and more celery than fish. Oysters were small a filled with shell bits served only with horseradish. Overpriced. I guess you are paying for the view.
