If I could say ZERO stars, that would be it! because I knew there was work shortage and I ordered a 12-part meal, side and sandwiches I my order before the time and gave the restaurant 45 minutes before I came to get the food. when I looked through the journey, as was said, I was asked to wait in the room and my order would be brought out to me. after 15 minutes, my food not to get I finally went, there were 5 people visible employees who put a manager, a person in front of me in line, which already gave her order to her given, I said to the person in register I placed an order before an hour and it is not yet brought to me. he can't find it. he sees it again in her system, the order was already delivered as it was, but he found it in her system. the manager doesn't say anything, the kerl gets my food and says it's sorry for the waiting period as he gives me the food. I am so irritated at this place I just take the bag and go. I come home, 8-10 minutes away and my family begins to get food and that is when we realize that we both have side and the cookies are missing for the 12-part meal. I'll call the load and tell them I'll send my son up to get the food that you'll miss because I can't even get to this point....you'll come to the popeyes and know what a damn cop what there! how are you really? this is the second time with this location, I tried to come back because I know that there is hard work shortage, but there is no excuse if they are not busy, at all and that is how their manager and employees do customers!? finished!

I ordered through Uber Eats, three meals, and when my food arrived we only received one sandwich, everything else was missing. I called and they offered to replace the whole order because they forgot to bag everything else for the driver. I was upset I paid for delivery and wasn't reimbursed for it. But I accepted getting dinner there another day.I went in 2 nights later and the origional manager that said he would replace my order, wasn't there. Another manager that was there didn't believe that my WHOLE order needed replaced and gave me push back about getting my food. She finally let me order ans replace my missing food but asked if I could pull forward away from the drive thru window and wait in a parking space. After waiting 20 minutes I pulled back around and asked if it would be much longer as I had two children in my car. Another 10 minutes later I finally get my food from the manager.They were slow, never communicated, and very rude.

I've never have had a problem at any Popeyes. Today was the first time. My order was completely wrong. Food was cold. They forgot my pies. Was home already and due to the rain the decided not to go back. Don't know when I'll be back here again, at this one.

Now popeyes was one of my favorite food sites. that was very tasty. well go and we enjoyed every last piece of them. mmmm. service was good and the staff was so nice, polite and personal.
