Panorama - Poehl

Nice restaurant, good and delicious food. Great view of Lake Pöhler.

Were to visit the Poel dam in Plauen for a day trip, swimming, walking etc. We then landed there at the restaurant Panorama at the end of the day. It was wonderful weather in very beautiful surroundings. The reception by the staff in the open air area was very friendly. The order was received quickly. Food is qualitatively good and prices are reasonable. We can recommend the restaurant!

We were on 28.10.22. After a nice walk we were happy to eat. What should I say we've never eaten so badly. My son had ordered pasta with tomato sauce. The noodle water stood in the plate, top tomato sauce, very inconspicuous. My husband and I ordered carvings with mushrooms: The mushrooms have not tasted at all and the carvings were no, maximum minutes steaks, well maintained. Even the roast potatoes did not taste. My daughter had ordered Dinos with Pommes. There were no real Pommes, but Steakhauspommes, the Dinos were not found for good. Last but not least, the drinks were served later than the food. It's such a beautiful place, but so bad food. Maybe there was no cook. I could have done that 10 times better. So I was punished for a cooking-free day.

We had booked the Panorma restaurant for a group of over 60 people. When we arrived, we were greeted directly by the staff and after we all sat, we also went to the beverage orders. There were plenty of local services that were both fast and friendly. The drinks and then the dishes were brought quickly, it was really super organized! There were enough portions and it tasted very good to all! The prices for the dishes were also fine. We say thank you again that everything worked so smoothly!
