Nightmare. We always ordered without any issues. This time, we placed our order through the website as usual at 9 PM and received a text message saying that our order was being processed. However, no one called us back, and they didn’t answer the phone. By 11 PM, we were still waiting. Either let us know that our order will not be fulfilled, or answer the phone! I also sent a complaint via email.

The sushi remains delicious, but the connection with the dispatcher has completely vanished, making it impossible to get in touch. Now, all we can do is wait and hope that our order will be delivered.

The food is delicious. However, placing an order has become almost impossible. They don't call back when you order online, and it's nearly impossible to get through on the phone. I just placed an order, and now it’s completely silent. I'm not sure whether to wait or to order from somewhere else...

Суши вкусные. Снимаю 2 звезды за обслуживание. Сделала заказ ,прошёл час!оператор так и не связался для подтверждения заказа.заказа делала в 12:00!Более того,через 40 мин начала звонить сама ,а они просто не берут трубку.Отлично!Сервис просто шикарный!В итоге прошло 1,5 часа и ничего не ясно.и это не первый раз.

Пицца жульен похожа на подошву. Не сочная, тесто грубое, доставили прохладной. Роллы нормальные.
