Despite pre-ordering of WhatsApp, the food is not in time as promised (long waiting time after). Also, no notification that a particular court will be sold out that I only experienced when picking up. Could be more customer-friendly.

All orders always via WhatsApp: 1 time: food should be ready in 45 minutes, although we were there only after 50 minutes, the food is not even prepared. 2 times: Food ordered. After arrival an apology came, food was forgotten.... 3 times: food ordered.... after whatsapp we should come at 20:15 over 45 minutes. Upon arrival at 20:20 it is said that the chicken fingers are out, whether we want anything else.... 1. If we shared this with WhatsApp in the 50 minutes, 2. Was the food not ready again on arrival.... unimaginable... That was the last time we're gonna buy something there. Too bad because the food is great. But with these new ones, the employees are simply an interpretation.
