I can't agree with the reviews from 10 months ago! I went for a quick swim at the lake this morning and then went to the lake kiosk for a coffee and snacks. The lady who cleans there was just mopping and tidying up, and overall it was very, very clean. The food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious! (Currywurst) The service was very friendly and accommodating; we had a little chat, as is customary in Lower Bavaria Overall, I would like to say that everyone is welcome to make their own judgments based on their own opinion. But I'm very, very glad that there are such dedicated and friendly hosts who, despite the scorching heat, do their job every day so that others can relax! PS: And if it gets stressful or takes longer because of the crowds, everyone who complains should imagine they're standing in the kiosk in this great weather! I say thank you

Our glasses were dirty, and the employees sat around s... read more A not very clean restaurant with unfriendly staff and excessively high prices. No card payments accepted. Our glasses were dirty, and the employees sat around smoking. We voluntarily decided not to eat. It's a shame, because the swimming lake is truly beautiful and a great place to visit regularly. Unfortunately, since there's no alternative food (you might still get something at the snack bar across the street at the Norma supermarket until the afternoon), this kiosk is definitely a reason not to visit the swimming lake. One can only hope that the town of Pocking addresses the problem.
