The restaurant was almost spot on with the service until the tracker light malfunctioned. I informed them about the issue, but they neglected to fix it. I also mentioned that I didn't mind waiting for my drink, but they forgot about it. Ten minutes later, they finally brought me my soda, even though I had told them not to worry about it. I can't speak to other people's experiences, but I personally have not had any issues with this restaurant. I use the app frequently and today my son asked to go inside. Since we didn't have any other plans, I agreed. Upon entering, I noticed a small staircase to the left and decided to investigate.
