First time eating in. Very cozy. Second time eating their food. Very generous portions! Lots of menu options and they will individualize your order by level of spice preference, so don’t worry about too much spice. If you go away hungry it’s your own fault! The pan seared catfish with creole sauce and seafood étouffée are full of wonderful flavors without being overpowered by hot. And the bread pudding- oh so good! Great food, fast, friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. Nice place to eat in downtown Pocahontas.

I just recently visited for the first time and can say that I'm definitely impressed. I had the shrimp po-boy with an appetizer and both were delicious. The price wasn't bad either. The restaurant location is really cool too, reminded me of visiting mom and pop restaurants in New Orleans. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Their Shrimp po boy is like heaven to my mouth. I enjoyed every bite, and they were not shy with how much food they gave. The atmosphere was very endearing and gracious, and made me feel like family. The seasonings were a great price and taste like genuine spices. Would recommend to the ends of time.

The restaurant is beautiful I loved the music. But the food was more like a snack I was very disappointed and had to go get fast food shortly after. My waiter never asked if I needed a refill. I won’t be back anytime soon.
