Went with a family group the meal was okay for what we paid but the highlight of the day was the service we received from Greg Becky they were great and done it all with a smile View all feedback.

We came to the Bank pub today for a lunchtime meal, your vegetarian menu is useless, I can say it doesn't exist really, what I ended up having was the meant to be the vegetarian breakfast, it was cold, the plate was full of oil from the fried eggs, instead of putting the slice of bread on a separate plate it was left on top of the meal, with what heat was in it made the bread hard, for the decor it's not welcoming at... Today we were having a great time. A customer was having a traumatic time. Ray and his staff were saw there this was a problem. They were empathetic, and were wonderful in there response. Thank you for caring.

Best pub in town..... all staff are friendly and will go the extra mile for everyone truly the best place to be!
Good value food. The place gets very busy and noisy though. Gets quite claustrophobic when you are trying to eat. Came for lunch on a Friday early afternoon with a friend and my infant son, and it was extremely busy and crowded with tipsy people. Great if that is the vibe you are looking for, not so great if you want a casual catch up with friends and little ones.
