Food was delicious, waitress was very attentive. The restaurant was extremely busy, but all went well. The only hindrance was a man on the piano.....a little too loud. How many points do we have now? View all feedback.
What Jeanne Stamm doesn't like about Toscana Ristorante:
that felt like something from the twilight zone! it was a Friday night, the best time and there were only 3 people there and a guy named joe in the corner playing an electric keyboard. joe seemed to be happy to press random keys and to sing outdated melodies. we have a few questions, like on a sign on the table. joe ignored our accusations and murmured the dinge still between its antiquated selections. the waitress w... Most of the time that the little whole in the walls have the best eating. this place did not disappoint. superb eating and service- the bartender is also the waitress- no need to write something up! the chef is fabulous. everything was fresh and made by scratches! highly recommended
Excellent service from the waitress courtney. Eat is delicious!
We were staying at the spa down the street and came here. Outstanding food and service. Yum!
We went to open table and there were so many reservations available that it was scary so I decided to call. I was told that nothing was available. we decided to make the reservation online and see what has happened since we were close. we checked the menu online and it was listed as byob. we bought a bottle and went to the restaurant. the first thing I noticed was a sign on the door and said: “Under new management” and full bar. I took the wein and showed the ad she listed as byob. the hostess or chef? said: “Oh, why don’t they save for another time. “I felt she would have allowed us to use, but said: “Now you know it next time. “I should have left or if we sat down and check the menu that was completely different from what we had seen on-line and planned to eat, but we chose and ordered something. our reservation was at 5:30 approx. 15 minutes after our session, we were asked if we had a reservation from the waitress who had walked around looking roared. we were finally brought a basket brot for me, good Italian brot is almost as important as the meal the rolls were small dinner rolls that were like heat lubricated and servier rolls so we were not satisfied, but at least they were warm. After 45 minutes, our food is waiting. the portions were generous, but tasteless. when we finished eating, it took another 20-30 minutes to get the sack, because the waitress refused to contact me. could I finally talk to hostess/cook/owner or chef? who said she'd take care of her. the waitress, who apologised all night, brought the ****. we noticed that we had been overloaded to everything from 1.00 1.50. another apology and she said she'd talk to the owner. the owner said the prices should be increased due to COVID-19. we said that it would have been acceptable if you noticed this. she refused to knock after another attack from waitress. I'd think twice before I eat here.
That felt like something from the twilight zone! it was a Friday night, the best time and there were only 3 people there and a guy named joe in the corner playing an electric keyboard. joe seemed to be happy to press random keys and to sing outdated melodies. we have a few questions, like on a sign on the table. joe ignored our accusations and murmured the dinge still between its antiquated selections. the waitress was very pleasant and seemed overjoyed to see the people closer to their own age. eating was average at best pasta was muddy, seafood was good. we probably wouldn't be back because nothing really came out. it was kind of in a time warp and decoration was also quite sad. I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews. we missed it.
