Let them open the app to get in the lobby, make them through the drive thru! they refuse to let them in or bring their order to the door. they let you wait in their long slow journey thru line!
Most disgusting foods I have ever received from this place. the beans-burrito had old dry beans that crawled, it made me sick on mine. the nacho cheese containers were not properly placed and dumped in the bag over the rest of the food, which tasted afteros as driven it was werid. a so terrible experience.
Just waited in line a full hour in their drive-through, with only two cars in front of me. I would have left but there were six cars behind me, and the only way to get out of line was to wait it out. I finally pulled up to order and I'm told we're closed, the computers are down I understand those things can happen, and worker shortages have made it tough on almost every restaurant. But when your computers go down it's management's responsibility to let customers in the drive-through know it quickly, and not make them sit there for an hour or longer only to be told sorry, we're closed That's inexcusable! Common sense should have told you to let people know about it RIGHT AWAY! Next time you get hungry and want to run to the border, don't run to this Taco Bell!
