Taco Bell - Plymouth

This restaurant has really improved over the past few years. I hadn’t ordered from here in a while because of issues with poor customer service and slow service. However, the last two times I’ve gotten food here, I was pleasantly surprised! I used the mobile app and picked up my order in-store, which saved a lot of time.

It pains me to say it, but this restaurant hasn't been performing well for years. It's slow, understaffed, and even when it's not busy, the food is consistently disappointing. On numerous occasions, my Cheesy Gordita Crunch with three cheeses was served with unmelted cheese. I'm not sure whether to blame the staff or corporate for being cheap and lacking motivation. Unfortunately, if you're craving Taco Bell, I recommend avoiding this location if you can.

The most uninspired Taco Bell experience I've ever had. They decided to close over 20 minutes early on a Saturday night for reasons unknown. I'm frustrated because I just drove half an hour to get there. There’s no reason a Taco Bell should close early on a Saturday. Managers, you need to do better!

The food was quite good and served hot and fresh. However, I was disappointed to find out that they no longer offer salsa. Instead, they provided packets of "breakfast salsa," which is more like liquid salsa without any chunks of tomatoes or other ingredients. Additionally, they don't have salad available anymore. On a positive note, the staff member who assisted me with my order was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends. I visit it frequently, and my recommendations always turn out to be a hit. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Every time we go there, we have a wonderful experience. I truly encourage you to try this restaurant!
