Shelly and her husband are lovely individuals with a fantastic variety of vegan and gluten-free options at their restaurant. We had a great time here. You will need reservations. Food was delicious. Tea was great. Service was very slow due to understaffing.
Great afternoon with many vegetarian and vegan options.
Shelly and her husband are lovely people and have an incredible selection of vegan and gluten free choices. The sandwiches were all delish, the clotted cream (coconut milk based) had even my non vegan wife drooling. The maple oat bar was sooooo good that i got a second one for that evening. So many choices for tea and they were totally accommodating knowing we had our 3 1/2 year old and 15 month old twins (the four of us are vegan). The kids loved the tea sammys!
Great afternoon tea with lots of vegetarian and vegan options.
This little tea room is an afternoon event. My daughter and I went for a proper English afternoon tea and that is just what we got. The vibe is so relaxing from the music to Shelly herself. It was the best experience. To too it off the vegan options were amazing. The vegan afternoon tea came with four different finger sandwiches, a plain and a raisin scone, lemon drizzle cake, Victoria sponge cake, a flapjack(oat and maple cake), clotted cream(coconut based), vegan butter and strawberry preserves. As well as your choice of tea and oat milk. The owners are so kind and the whole experience was just delightful.
