Contribute Feedback What Dinner D doesn't like about Sabor:
Food was good, server was busy as there weren't too many of them working. Table behind us was over served and obnoxious. As we finished eating, the restaurant suddenly got very warm. We did not stay for dessert View all feedback.
Our table wasn't ready when we arrived, and we were initially offered seating at the bar for dinner. While we waited, we ordered a glass of wine, but it didn't arrive until after our table was ready. Unfortunately, a large group of around ten people was extremely loud, which detracted from the atmosphere. The menu was rather average, featuring items like raw oysters, fried calamari, seared Ahi tuna, and seafood fra diavolo. The lamb rib appetizer sounded promising, but it was overcooked and dry, and there was no dipping sauce provided. Overall, the food was just okay, lacking the creativity we expected from a restaurant of this caliber. It won't be long before diners realize they're paying too much for what is ultimately a mediocre experience. There are plenty of other excellent restaurants in the area that offer much better value.
We were a group of four, and three of us really enjoyed our meals. I had the scallops, which were absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a steak cooked to his liking, and he was very pleased with it. However, one dish, a salmon, didn’t meet our expectations; our friend found it to be overcooked and was quite disappointed. The restaurant kindly removed it from our bill. Overall, we had a good dining experience, but the atmosphere left something to be desired. The sign on the building is nearly invisible, and we believe they should do more to make themselves noticeable. We genuinely hope they can establish themselves as a successful restaurant.
The seafood was outstanding, from the oysters to the rock fish. Every dish was delicious. Be sure to make a reservation, as it is a small establishment.

The menu was quite average, featuring items like raw oysters on the half shell, roasted calamari, red ahi tuna, and seafood fra diavolo. I was surprised by the lack of creativity. We also ordered lamb ribs but found them to be overcooked and dry, with no dipping sauce provided. Overall, while the meal was somewhat acceptable, it fell short of the innovation we expected from a restaurant of this caliber. It won’t be long before people realize they are overpaying for a dining experience that doesn’t live up to expectations. There are many other excellent restaurants nearby that offer much better value.
