What User doesn't like about Plain Jane's Diner:
The service at this restaurant is awful and the food is even worse. If you try to complain, the owners will make excuses and act like it's not their fault. They claim to receive so many compliments that they must be doing something right, but they refuse to own up to their mistakes. The waitress accused us, but the owner didn't even offer a refund.
