What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Every time I try to use self check out it doesn’t work and employees seem not to care, end up having to go to register and reorder. Why can’t Panera get tap, insert and swipe to work. This is not the first Panera this happened in. View all feedback.
Panera offers an outstanding dish with their BBQ Smokehouse Chicken Sandwich, which I would rate a perfect 10+. Pair it with their delicious tomato soup, and you have a winning combination. The food is fantastic!
The staff was incredibly patient as I had a bit of trouble placing my order. The food was amazing, and the service was prompt.
The new chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious! I ordered it without the cheese crisps, and it might just be the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever tasted!
The salad I ordered, Fuji Apple Chicken, was sickingly sweet. There were no apples. Just dried out apple slivers. The chicken was manufactured and lacking taste. Panera menu has gone way downhill. In this particular facility, many tables neededcleaning. I dumped the entire salad after I picked out the pecans.
They may be understaffed, but the sandwich was smushed in the bag, and the wrapping had ketchup on it, and there was no ketchup in the sandwich! First and last time at this Panera. Passable bagels (thankfully I purchased one, and could munch on that ratherthan eat the mangled sandwich in my car), but not worth a return trip. 2 stars (the cashier was friendly). Cannot recommend.
