Einstein Bros - Plymouth

The food at this restaurant is always delicious, and I've consistently received prompt service. I typically have the same person prepare my Tasty Turkey on an Asiago bagel. However, despite my request for it to be without tomatoes, they keep adding them. I suspect this might be due to the way the orders are entered in the register. I always make sure to let the cashier know, but I'm not certain if the message is relayed accurately to the sandwich maker. On a brighter note, the mixed berry smoothie is absolutely fantastic!

Secondly, there were only three employees handling a large number of customers, which meant we had to wait a long time. One person was taking orders and preparing food, another was processing payments and making food, and the third was in charge of drinks and calling out orders. It’s clear that they need to hire more staff to enhance the overall experience.
