On Sunday nights, we order pizza from the Cheese Factory where I work for our 3rd shift volunteer team. It's the only place open late, so we are grateful to Shaun and his crew for always taking care of us. Our favorite treats are the lava cakes and pizzas with feta cheese. What Austin McKay doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I dislike using automated prompts to order food. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, as I had to communicate with a machine. I am now ordering from Pizza Hut because they actually answer the phone and engage with the customer. View all feedback.
The pizza is expensive unless they pick up. Now they have sandwiches that are good, but the broth is either chewing or diligent. change that brot and it would be great. unless it wasn't done completely? I got rider who gave me two blocks away and he yelled at me that he should get at least one five dollars. he was given a dollar. a type is given by the service you receive. he only deserved a penny. he literally yelled at me to tap him. I close the door to him and called the manager, I wanted him to be fired, if he acts like this to me, he will lose the business. I've never been paid to end the scream of man after the door. he got the kerl again when he ordered the delivery again. he also demanded drinking money.
We love ordering from dominos and have never had a problem with our orders (the staff has been great However, ordering delivery for us is FRUSTRATING to say the least. We can’t order online because our address is “out of the delivery area,” we live 4.9 miles from the store, which yes, some may say why not just go pick it up if it’s such a hassle? Because we have a newborn. So, in order to place a delivery order we have to call. Which is a NIGHTMARE. The automated system: “You’re not in the delivery area.” From the automated system we get kicked to a customer service rep, they also, claim we are “out of the area,” and today after finally getting through to the actual store, our calls were disconnected THREE SEPARATE TIMES. Really sad, because after all that, we ended up getting food elsewhere. Sorry dominos but your call in ordering system SUCKS.
Was trying to cancel my order and I couldn't even get them to answer the phone, I'll never be ordering dominos again.
My place is 1.1miles from the store and they don't offer delivery to my location... If I have to go out and drive around, why would I just not get a frozen pizza. Typical. Advertise like you deliver, then don't. No wonder your business is barely scrapping bye.
Have always done a very good job for us and fast delivery too
