Arby's - Plymouth

I am giving this restaurant 3 stars solely because the service was extremely slow. The reason for this was that the girl working the drive-thru was managing everything on her own. Tonight, on Thursday, April 14th, at 8:45 pm, I observed two male workers standing around, leaving all the work to the girl. She constantly tried to get their help while she rushed around taking orders, handling money, and preparing food. They completely ignored her. As I drove away, I saw the two male workers sitting at a table, playing on their phones. I hope the manager addresses this issue because it is unacceptable, and the girl deserves respect from her coworkers. If the dining room had been open, I would have spoken to the manager about this disappointing behavior. The girl who works the drive-thru every time I visit does an excellent job and deserves 5 stars for her hard work.

I visited the restaurant to try the S'more Shake. The seating area was bigger and cleaner than I anticipated, especially considering it was just after the busy lunch hour. The staff was friendly and attentive, with Coke products available on tap.

The food was decent, but my shake was mostly melted and warm. The person who took our order was very rude, and even at the window, she was unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend eating here again.

I was grateful to notice that half of my order was missing before leaving the drive-thru.

Don't go here. I have a chicken sand that last time and the smokehouse brisket. chicken sand that was gummy and the brisket was overboiled and fat. both males eating was so low that I could not even finish the half of the sand that without fear of food poisoning. btw, I'm writing this on the toilet, because this mummy made me sick.
