I ordered eating on floods and floods tells me the commands ready and someone's picking it up. then they learn from the driver that mcdonald never got the command. I have the reception and everything, even the bank transaction, but they don't have my order. then I contact bojeats to cancel and they charge me $19.15 as a storno fee. Why? mcdonald 's for preparing their food, even tho the manager said they wouldn't do it.
